Heat transmission coefficient and heat transmission resistance measurement in situ

In situ measurement of heat transmission coefficient and heat transmission resistance is conducted when there is need to inspect thermodynamic characteristics of building elements. Measurement is done according to standards SRPS ISO 9869-1 and SRPS U.J5.062 (withdrawn)*.

Both methods are same in their core and they come down to measurement of temperature and heat flow from indoor side and from outdoor side of the building element. Testing takes few days and total time required is dependent of type of the construction on which measurement is conducted.

The request for heat transfer coefficient measurement in situ can be found on following link:

*Note: The standard was withdrawn but it is called on by currently active rule book.
